Opening times

Our contracted hours are between Monday to Friday 8am-6.30pm. Our consulting times are between these hours.

Please note at certain times, e.g. lunch or at the end of the working day, a clinician may not be present in this building.

In any emergency please dial 999 or attend our local Emergency Department.

You can also call 111 for less urgent issues and that is available 24hrs a day 7 days a week.

Telephone hours

• Our phone lines are open and manned by practice staff weekdays 8am-6pm. Between 6pm-6:30pm all calls are transferred directly to local care direct who cover for the practice during this time.
• The phones are also not manned before 8am.
• The phones are also not manned from 12pm on the 3rd Wednesday of every month (except August and December)

Online hours

• Patchs will be open 8am-6:30pm weekdays. If you have a routine query between 6pm-6:30pm you can submit a routine patchs query which be assessed on the following working day

Walk in hours

• Reception is open weekdays 8am-6:30pm. If you have a routine query between 6pm-6:30pm you can submit a routine patchs query which be assessed on the following working day or ring 111.

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or Call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

This practice is part of the Extended Access service which provides GP, Physiotherapy, Nurse and Healthcare Assistant appointments from the following locations across Bradford:

1. Bowling Highfield Medical Practice: Rooley Lane, Bradford BD4 7SS
2. Hillside Bridge: Butler St W, Bradford BD3 0BS
3. Picton Medical Centre: Westbourne Green Community Health Care Centre, Manningham, Bradford BD8 8RA

Weekday appointments

Evening appointments from 6:30pm to 9:30pm at any of the three hubs to see one of the following, subject to availability:

• GP
• Physiotherapist
• Smears
• Healthcare Assistant for blood tests, blood pressure checks, diabetic foot checks
• Voluntary Sector Services including young people's counselling, carer support services, welfare and benefits advice, mental health support and women's specific support

Weekend appointments

GP appointments are available on Saturday 9-5pm and 1 hour on Sundays. Subject to availability.
